Prevail is honored to announce the were selected to receive $75,000 from United Way of Central Indiana’s Central Indiana COVID-19 Community Economic Relief Fund. This grant was awarded to “human service organizations serving individuals affected by the COVID-19 pandemic’.
Prevail, Inc. is committed to offering crisis intervention and restorative support services for adult, adolescent and child survivors of crime and abuse, free of charge, in a confidential, supportive, non-judgmental environment that is meant to empower, educate, and strengthen those we serve. During this era of COVID-19, the reality is home is not a safe place for those who are staying at home with an abusive partner. The isolation that provides safety from the virus is also the isolation that can make an abusive situation more dangerous. Therefore, Prevail is still providing crisis and restorative support services to victims in our community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
